Your cell phone number may be programmed into the call box located in your building entryway as well.  To buzz in yourself or a guest, find your name, press Call, and dial "9" after answering to unlock the entry doors! 

Yes you can decorate the aparrtment, as long as any modifications do not cause damage beyond normal wear and tear.
